First-time patients: Please complete the applicable intake form before your scheduled treatment. Bring lab work, diagnostic reports, and any other relevant information or have your practitioner(s) email the information to us in advance.

Insurance: We operate independently of all insurance networks, allowing us to prioritize delivering the highest quality care to our patients. If you would like a super bill, please ask before your treatment.

Payment: We require full payment upfront at our office after each treatment. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Apple Cash or PayPal.

Prices:. Initial Treatments $150/75 min and Follow-up Treatments $120/60 min.

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that another patient could have filled. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged $75.

She is a board-certified Acupuncture Physician (NCCAOM) in the US. Additionally, Carola is a licensed massage therapist, skillfully integrating various modalities during treatment. She adeptly empowers individuals through tailored nutrition and exercise regimens designed to enhance their physical health and overall well-being.
